No module named wx, installation failed #100725

I need the module wx for another program. (ImportError: No module named wx) I'm using Linux Mint 21.1 I've tried to install it in different ways but every attempt failed:

  1. from https://wxpython.org/pages/downloads/index.html

Do you know why all attempts failed?

collections.Mapping was removed in 3.10. It looks like your version of wxpython isn't compatible with 3.10. You should check with the wxpython people to see which version supports 3.10. https://wxpython.org/
