Please remove Stack Abuse #552

It’s a low quality blog that is spamming out content and, ahem, abusing the feed. Also, its links are broken.

Some links are broken but the content is present in the planet. Not sure to remove that RSS feed

i second removing Stack Abuse, i still remember the series of article "No module name 'xxx' " series, which boiled down to "install 'xxx'"

the SN ratio is an epsilon above 0
