bugs.python.org (and bugs.jython.org and issues.roundup-tracker.org) was migrated to a new host this morning.
This moves us up to Ubuntu 22.04 and Postgres 16, but everything is still running the same codebases.
New host is: bugs.nyc1.psf.io

All user home directories from the old host were migrated to a folder in the appropriate new home directory title: migrated-from-ubuntu-1604-lts-host
