Please join the typing-sig mailing list #2597

For people who want to contribute to the design of future static typing features for Python, there's now a mailing list: https://mail.python.org/mailman3/lists/typing-sig.python.org/ -- everyone is welcome, but this is not meant to be a list for questions about mypy.

(Obviously I am abusing the tracker here. I'll close this issue in a week.)

@gvanrossum Should we inform the pytype and pyre teams as well?

I sent them direct email. I hope PyCharm also joins.
