Fragment class #102

Please add a class to handle fragments in the bridge.  When researching the 
topic, it appears it would be a good idea to add it the "New" option.  Similiar 
to adding a form, most fragments will need a layout, so if this was generated 
automatically in the process like with new form, that would help streamline 
things.  As well as adding the necessary manifest entries.

The more I read up on this and plan the UI of my next app, the more clear it is 
that this is a very useful feature to have, especially when implementing an app 
that can be used on both phones and layouts with different interfaces for each.

I am still researching, will add more here if necessary.
