Please adjust Notifier #165

Please adjust Notifier.ShowStatusBarNotification and 
Notifier.ShowStatusBarNotification2 to use the launcher icon by defualt if the 
user uses null instead of specifying the int resource

Can you also please add a Notifier.StackNotifications(boolean), that when set 
to true will stack the notifications in the notification bar.  Right now, when 
you deploy a second notification while the first is still up in the 
notification bar, it just replaces that one.

Also, I noticed that when the statusbarnotification goes off, the sound loops 
non-stop.  Is there an easy to get it to only play once, like when you get a 
text message?  If not, can this be added please?  thank you.
