ClearListPick method for the ListPick class #18

Just like it says, a method to clear out the listpick so you can start fresh.

This seems unnecessary. You can always just set the elements again. Or are you 
talking about something else?

I originally thought I was having an issue where the listpicks were showing 
empty rows after adding a DoubleList for a second time, but it appears to be 
working properly now.  You can close this issue for now.  If it comes up again 
I'll provide more detail.  Thanks.
