Direct access to gps toggle #84

Ever since my phone got updated to android 4.0, i have lost the GPS toggle 
widget Motorola used to provide.  It appears there is no replacement (other 
than the 4 x 1 power control widget). 

So similar to the 4g toggle issue, this is more a place to keep any info you 
may find on how to access the GPS toggle programatically.  Hopefully one day it 
will be figured out, but I am not holding my breathe.

Not sure what I was smoking when I submitted this...but it should be GPS 
toggle, not 4g toggle.  Can it be modified, or do we need to open a new one?
