failed to open a Bluetooth connection error after latest update

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.happened after latest update
2.whenever I try to connect any Bluetooth controller I received this message
3.iphone 6 128 gig failed to open Bluetooth connection after update on any 
emulator or btstack app gps ect 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Wiimote or gps
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
iOS 8.4 1.02 btstack does not allow to use logs btstack blocks it out

What's the problem with enabling and posting the packet log?

I have the latest and greatest 1.0.2 and I am unable to create a log file. The 
file is not located after the message is displayed.  I have the latest and
