Update API docs on webapp/ssl #69

Using auto-renewing certificates by Let's Encrypt with the POST parameter 'cert_type' and a value of 'letsencrypt-auto-renew'

Unfortunately the API docs are auto-generated from the code and then copied into the help pages repo, and the system that generates them is a bit buggy (hence the "POST parameters to the right are incorrect" stuff) so it's not a simple fix -- I've raised a ticket on our internal tracking system to add a mention of this parameter to the code, though.
