After the last ComfyUI update, Load and Save as workflow no longer work and are no longer displayed in the Manager

I ran: ComfyUI: 2546bfc214 Manager: V2.49.2

i confirm the exact same thing, i see the arrow aside save, but you can't save and load have no option to load from workflow folder

i actually managed to get it fix only by completely reinstall comfyui, tried everything and nothing seemed to work aside that
