interim website with important info #1

Lets setup an interim website with important information. It can be updated when the designs become available.

PyCon India 2017
Venue: IIM Lucknow (Noida Campus)
Dev Sprints: 2, 3 November 
Main Conference: 4, 5 November

PyCon India is the premier volunteer-run python conference catering to python 
developers from India and abroad with the aim of cultivating the python community 
and its projects in and around the Indian Subcontinent.

Head over to the CFP section to submit a proposal if you would like to present
talk/ conduct a workshop or devsprint at the conference.

At PyCon India everyone buys a ticket, including the speakers and volunteers.

Previous Editions of Pycon India have been supported by companies including
ZeOmega, Microsoft, Google, GoIbibo, Zopper, Red Hat etc. If you or your company

While the final design gets ready. A Full Screen Responsive Under Construction Page could be made that could mention Expected Launch Date (or a Countdown, idea by @manas-kashyap) and the essential information mentioned above such as venue, date, etc.

The page can then be replaced once a design is finalised.
