Create logo and color scheme #33

Currently, we already have created different versions of logos with different color schemes.

We need to confirm the logo based on mailing list votes and the upcoming web design along with WCAG compliance.

Based on the design decision in https://github.com/pythonindia/inpycon2020-tasks/issues/34#issuecomment-628034657 , I think we are going ahead with Logo 1.
