Roles involved

session lead aka MC (introduces the speakers)
session moderator (lead backup) expert to make sure live stream is working fine
Session chat support (to handle questions and collect announcements)

Notes

Make sure lead and moderator knows end to end workflow to handle the stage
Main stages:
Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Delhi
Keynotes will be happening in Bangalore

Numbers of volunteers required

4(Session lead + session moderator + session chat support + backup)

[ ] Ritesh & Ani to put schedule on hopin.to once sanchit creates the event @RiteshAgrawal
[ ] Find out all the required volunteers by Friday @amolkahat
