Workshop participants Email #512

Workshop coordinator writes an introduction email to workshop participants and tutor. Junction already stores the ticket information. The details can be used to form workshop list and workshop coordinator can trigger an email from UI.

Till now junction hasn't been used for ticketing in any editions of PyCon India. Do we want to still support ticketing in junction. @palnabarun This is can be taken up as an action item.
