[Bug] Duplicate content URLs when written in markdown format #738

I have added 2 content URLs in markdown format(refer screenshot) Screenshot from 2021-05-28 14-37-21

Shortcut to content URLs in the 'My Proposals' section shows duplicate URLs (It consider [http://url][1] [1]:http://url as 2 different URLs). Refer to screenshot for better understanding. Screenshot from 2021-05-28 14-37-50

I ll be raising PR for the same.
