Content about the grant types #33

Need some kind of details about the grants -

intro text, Terms & conditions etc.

@vijay we need to share the policy . I think we already have international speaker policy?

Guidelines
1. A person can avail financial aid only once in lifetime.
2. Person's talk should be selected.
3. Financial support will be provided on First come first serve(Preference will be given for First timer)
4. Maximum amount provided for a person is INR 30,000.
5. Amount will be in be deposited to bank account directly or Cheque.
6. Final decision will be taken by PSSI .
7.Amount will be paid post conference after submission of boarding pass.

May be some rewording is required. Will add more details about the other grants details.

We don't have policy for National Travel Grants. We need to articulate content better we make it public. We are working on Mini PyCon Policy. Hope to get it across soon.

We need the policies for everything before making anything public. We also need a refund policy and a terms page for the payments. We need to mention every thing explicitly.

Presently We have only two policy and document are shared. International Travel grants Workshop grants

@kracekumar @vnbang2003 wouldn't it be better to handle python month grants on the python month website? Otherwise they are disconnected.

Not really. If we have 5 more initiatives, we can't spread reimbursement in 5 sites.

I agree with @kracekumar there should be one place to handle money matter. I think we can give treasurer/Secretary permission to approve grants as they are responsible to answer. We have even got Mini-Conf policy.
