Send mails for difference actions #39

We need to send mails to the staffs and the user is difference occasions like -

  1. To staff and user - User applies for membership
  2. To User - Membership application is approved
  3. To staff and user - when payment is successful and membership is confirmed, with details and date
  4. To staff and user - When grant request is made
  5. To user - when grant request is approved/rejected

The email templates can be defined inside the templates dir.
