Python pune meetup hyperlink is formatted wrongly #49

Go to https://pssi.org.in/usergroups/ and click on Pune Python Users Group meetup link. It is hyperlinking to https://pssi.org.in/usergroups/www.meetup.com/PythonPune/ which is not valid url. It needs a fix.
