Travel allowance form #5

PSSI has grant policy for reimbursing travel expenses. Any Member should be able to submit the form. Once the user submits the form, the admin will be notified. The status of the submission should be pending. Once the admin approves the status should become approved. Also admin can reject the submission.

The status/form data should be visible to submitted user.

I think this can be generic Reimbursement form. We may need to support attachments.

We should be fine without attachment . They need to courier to get approval and let keep it same for this version ?

Makes sense, but we should have one liner in the form saying you need to send courier to address. AFAIK this is to prevent submitting fake details and maintain records.

We need to show policies/rules for application and status of each grant. We need to even initiate email to pssi mailing list once we get new grant request.
