Contact form to contact board #7

Simple web form to send contact board members from the website. Any request from this page should be sent to boards@pssi.org.in, with appropriate header and cc the user. This form can be accessible without login.

@kracekumar Did we create alias contact@pssi.org.in
we can add this in the footer as email tag instead of form ?

Yes. We have mailman with that id.
