I don't have copyright of those photographs, I am using them to explain what we need. There will also need to be some JS to zoom into an image on hover.

Yes.

How about adding "PyCon India 2012" on top of photos with an opacity and display videos just below them?

Would like to add "Selected Talks" heading above the videos. Good idea to center align that? so that both photos and videos looks like a section?

@gonsalves The two sections feel a bit random, as there's little connect between them. They have merely been placed one after the other. Can we incorporate these better? (from #21)

I would suggest to keep the photos first and overlay "PyCon India 2012" on it and put videos below that. A smaller heading of "Selected Talks" would be nice.
