additional instructions #23

instructions were needed to make project run in its current form plus instructions for upgrading to python3 development

Hi Nate, just wanted to at least give you a reply here. I mean to take a look, but work and life keep happening, you know. If nothing else, we can work on it some more at the next meetup, on Aug. 8th. Thanks for submitting the PR!

@clebio no biggie. was at the meetup and noticed the project needed a little further instruction to get up and running so I added it.
