Move riot-web client from chatserver.python.nz to riot.python.nz #15

I've decided to move the riot-client to a different subdomain to address the same-domain security issue. https://github.com/nzpug/chat/issues/9

The client is currently hosted at https://chatserver.python.nz but this was just for testing. We should move the web client to its final domain.
