Changes:

Removed unnecessary files, including old background assets and unused fonts.
Replaced template-built files with TailwindCSS for full implementation.
Reimplemented the Code of Conduct (COC) section for clarity and consistency.

This refactor optimizes the project by reducing file bloat and improving styling efficiency.
