Create 'man' page for readit tool

• According to me, man page is collection of the information related to use of readit tool like how to use it's options available with various examples around it. Also it will have explanation of each and every option.
• This man page will be like the man page of any other linux command.
• It will be available for user with one command. e.g. man readit.

@chkumar246 please add your ideas to this issue.
