fix: overlay in hero-resources.jpg, update font-family to Mulish, added margin to fix space and responsiveness

Adjusted the overlay on hero-resources.jpg for improved visibility.
Changed the default font-family to Mulish for a cleaner, modern look.
Added margin to fix space.
Added responsiveness to image display for small and large devices
