add cmdline args and stdin options similar to the original Java frontend by Dave Pritchard
make sure that the auto-generated URLs reflect the values of new command-line argument and stdin options (ugh tedious!)
- remember to add to these as hashtag options in the URL in iframe-embed.html as well
add example code for CmdLineArgs and StdIn examples
