Describe the bug Demo/Homepage at https://pytitiondemo.sionneau.net/ does not link to the code neither does it explain one can self-host such an petition platform.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://pytitiondemo.sionneau.net/
2. Search for some "Yu can to it, too"
3. Find … nothing

Expected behavior I would appreciate if the demo (and thus all installations) would

• state this side was made with Pytition
• state one can self-host
• link to the docu where it is explained how to self-host
• link to the code.

Additional context This would help spreading the word and my attract further contributors.
