Unified llama 3 support. #168

Some changes to @Artyom17 's implementation to unify support for llama 3. However the meta-llama/llama-3 models need to be converted safetensors the pytorch.bin file type.

You can do this via loading and saving with huggingface transformers save_pretrained with safe_serialization=False

Then you can use the library as normal.
