With equal visits, not equal time, IIRC. 40b seems to be good at catching weak spots of ELFv1 early on in the game.

I heard about tests by two persons independently that latest LZ 40b requires at least 30 seconds to win consistently against LZ-ELFv1 on time parity on 1x1080ti.
