I run conda install -c conda-forge accimage I get PackagesNotFoundError: The following packages are not available from current channels:

I was able to install accimage into a fresh python 3.7 and 3.8 environment.

Does having a fresh python environment is a must?

Because I have python 3.7.0 and cant install it
