Summary: Command to build qnn_llama3_2_runner via buck:

buck build arvr/mode/android/linux/opt  //xplat/executorch/examples/qualcomm/oss_scripts/llama3_2:qnn_llama3_2_runner --out /tmp/qnn_llama3_2_runner
