Sunsetting Glow Active Development #6135

We are considering starting to sunset Glow active development given a lack of resources on our side. We'd like to hear from anyone actively developing or using Glow if they have any interest in helping to maintain the project. Of current need is the CI, which needs to be migrated from CircleCI to GitHub Actions if we want to keep it alive.

@jfix71 Hi Jordan. I have not been working on Glow for almost 2 years now. Within NXP we decided to not update Glow anymore from upstream but just maintain the internal deliverable as-is. I am not sure we are interested in maintaining the github project but I also announced other folks inside NXP (who started using Glow at some point) whether they are interested or not. I asked them to respond in this thread. Thank you for all the collaboration.
