Clean up inputs.distro #294

Stack from ghstack (oldest at bottom):

test-infra does not support any other distributions outside of centos7 and I don't believe there are any plans to expand it. Therefore, there isn't a reason to be able to choose which distro one uses for it.

Also small lint
