Mask r-cnn training runs infinitely without output or error #8409

šŸ› Describe the bug

Hereā€™s a brief overview of my process:

1.I generated a dataset using PyTorch by applying the SAM mask from bounding boxes to my images. 2.After creating the dataset, I split it into training and testing sets. 3.I loaded both sets using torch.utils.data.DataLoader. 4.Iā€™m using a pre-trained model with 11 classes.

However, Iā€™m encountering an issue during training. The process seems to take an unusually long time, and Iā€™m not seeing any progress or error messages to troubleshoot from.

What might be going wrong or how to improve my training process?

Sorry @MontassarTn , it's impossible to help with so little info about the code that you're trying to run. But in any case, this seems to be more of a usage issue rather than a bug report. Since this is a bug tracker, please direct usage questions to https://discuss.pytorch.org/ instead
