PyPI package out of date #32

Just wanted to make a suggestion to publish a recent version of this code on PyPI. The latest published PyPI version is 0.7.2, which is from April 2015.

Sounds reasonable, especially since we now have proper Windows support.

@kmike could you do a release? I'm a bit overwhelmed with other things at the moment.
