Is other instruments than AVHRR used in pps v2021 for POES satellites? #43

As far as I understand only AVHRR is used in pps v2021 for POES satellites eg NOAA-19

If this is correct, then we don't have to check https://github.com/pytroll/pytroll-pps-runner/blob/main/nwcsafpps_runner/utils.py#L313

That is correct indeed! The old Precip product is now decommissioned. We (the NWCSAF) look forward to EPS-SG and MWS/ICI/MWI, and then new Precip products will be introduced.
