Add history of pytroll page #51

Closes #33

I took @adybbroe's comment here and turned it into a separate page on the history of pytroll.

For a page called "History of Pytroll" it seems to be 80% about "history of the name Pytroll", which is interesting, but perhaps not the first thing most people are looking for?

Yeah I went back and forth on how to title things. I originally had this page with a section called "The Name", but then it ended up being this same text so it was a lot more than just the name being described.

There is also no mention of what happened after pytroll was created or the state of it now. I was hoping someone else would add that :wink:
