add DWD to pyninjotiff 24/7 production #8

For pyninjotiff, add DWD to the list of institutes using this package in 24/7 production.

Would it make sense to put the whole name and put (DWD) at the end? Should we have a more official listing of these organizations so there is a name and location at least?

I just followed what was already there. There is a list of acronyms at the end of the page, but without name and location.
