Add solar angle checks to SatPy production chain #10

Currently there's no mechanism to check solar illumination (night/day) in the SatPy compositor. This feature is available in the mpop version. Add that functionality so that the daytime products are not produced if there's no light.

Fixed by PR #11 which is already merged.
