Make sure that all relevant text is displayed on very small screens. #21

On very small screens, some text (e.g. expandable drug information headers) 
might not be shown in full. For example the title "Mercaptopurin (!)" could be 
replaced by "Mercapto...", so that the "(!)" sign would not be seen by the user.

This issue got less severe now that critical recommendations are shown on top 
in their own section
