What is the current behavior?

By mistake, I left the old versioning when I started to automate, and dev versions for the old 0.6.3 version were created.

What is the new behavior?

We should start from fresh 0.6.4.dev0
Also I added some changes to the bump command

Does this introduce a breaking change?
