-pad-to issue #2

I'd like to use the -pad-to feature, but it's missing from the versions available on sourceforge (1.0.0 and 1.1.0); do I have to build from source to use this feature? Thanks.

I worked it out; sourceforge is incorrectly serving up an old file from 2017 for Linux users: it points to "c3d-nightly-Linux-x86_64.tar.gz" instead of "c3d-nightly-Linux-gcc64.tar.gz". See here: https://sourceforge.net/projects/c3d/files/c3d/Nightly/
