How to perform the same warps for each component of source nii.gz file? #26

The image to be registered is a NIfTI file with multiple components (Corresponding R/G/B channel), Is there a command line that performs the same warps (warp.nii.gz and affine.mat) for each component?

pyushkevich commented 3 years ago

By default, warps are applied to all components in a multicomponent image. Greedy has full multicomponent support.
