Timeout in edition screen when the vocab is offlline #35

http://lov.okfn.org/dataset/lov/vocabs/dir The vocab URI is timing out, so does http://lov.okfn.org/edition/lov/vocabs/dir

Set now a timeout of 5 sec so it now displays the edit without suggestion
