I love the new web UI. Thanks @vahalova! :tada:

When I click on the GitHub issue button, I think it should @ mention the involved people - owner and possessor. So they get the notification even if they are not watching this repo.

(For some books the owner wants a keeper to handle the lending; we don't bother the owner in that case.)
