Breadcrumbs don't respect subpages #20

beginners/install has a subpage beginners/install/linux.

This is beginners/install breadcrumb:

breadcrumb1

And beginners/install/linux:

breadcrumb2

This happens both for runs and courses.

Breadcrumbs teď ukazují "Instalace > Instalace Pythonu > Instalace Pythonu – Linux". Místo toho chceme "Instalace > Instalace Pythonu > Linux" Na to bude asi potřeba přidat do API novou položku, subtitle.
