This covers all the things we need to do to richard to make it suck less for writethedocs:

[x] fix the window.site issue with amara (probably involves updating to the new embedder)
[x] fix django-browserid to not show a popup warning (boo hiss!)
[x] fix "sign-in" button in navbar that's way too tall

writethedocs ops things

[ ] grant access to writethedocs tech conference people so that they can take over the VM (who?)
[x] fix dns to new writethedocs VM (need writethedocs.org person to do this. who?)
[ ] help through upgrading richard
