deployment automation #262

Hi @paulcollinsiii! now that we have your settings PR in master and stuff, do you want to start working on automation? You've got #256 with some work, and I've got some fabric and ansible experiments as well. I'm becoming partial to ansible.

@willkg let us know what you need from this work to be able to accept it for setting up a production system that we can swap pyvideo.org over to.

Shiny! I remember you mentioned where your ansible work was, I'll dig up that e-mail and start poking around. Some of the stuff I did was just poking around the ansible-galaxy collections and getting a basic vagrant machine up and running. I'm not sure what all is needed for the real deployment system so that'll take a bit of poking around. I'm sure there's some way to write a basic deployment script and then have enough options so the private repo of pyvideo can have teh sekret values in there.
